The test parameters are optimized: the polishing time is 15 minutes, the abrasive uses a stainless steel needle with a diameter of 1mm, the volume ratio of the abrasive to the workpiece is 3:1, and an appropriate amount of polishing liquid is added as a lubricating medium. During the test, the equipment runs smoothly and the noise is less than 75 decibels.


The test results show that after being processed by the Guan Gu magnetic polishing machine, the surface roughness of the radiator is reduced from Ra3.2μm to Ra0.4μm, the burr removal rate exceeds 95%, the edges of the heat sink fins are smooth, and the surface presents a uniform metallic luster.


3. Effect evaluation and Application prospects


From the analysis of surface quality, the surface finish of the radiator after magnetic polishing is significantly improved, and microscopic observation shows that the surface texture is uniform, without scratches and depressions. The heat dissipation performance test shows that the thermal resistance of the radiator after polishing is reduced by about 8%, and the heat dissipation efficiency is significantly improved.


Economic benefit analysis shows that the processing cost of a single piece of magnetic polishing is 30% lower than that of traditional methods, and the production efficiency is increased by 40%. At the same time, the equipment maintenance cost is low and the abrasive service life is long, which has significant cost advantages.
